What’s Included in our premium large venue package
It’s your special day and it’s fully customisable, this package is just to get you started and we even do ‘A La Carte’ where you can pick and choose which elements you want.
Our premium package includes a lot more than your average DJ. You get theatre and nightclub quality moving lights (for disco lighting and atmosphere) and high quality surround sound from a minimum of 6 professional speakers to make sure every word of the father of the bride is heard. We also include these extras like pinspots on upto 12 tables, wireless uplighters to colour the room and your own personal events manager who during the disco will become the lighting operator and control the lighting desk all night so the lights chase to the beat of the music and really get your guests dancing.
With everything set up before your first guest arrives they will walk into the room filled with colour and sit down to their meal in a lovely romantic setting. We wash the walls with our wireless uplighters in any colour you want, put an individual spotlight on each table, switch the disco lights to a calm slow movement around the room and make your guest’s jaws drop.
Suited and booted, our 7 years experience event planner works full time for eventu and also manages technical aspects of multiple theatres in the area. We get into the venue a minimum of 7 hours before the first guest walks in, this way we can make sure it is set to our high standards a long time before your guests arrive.
Book this package in 2017 and get the photo booth for the same evening for free! It includes the touch screen computer on a stand, HD camera, lighting and the snazzy accessories without the massive surround to make sure it doesn’t take up the whole room. Pictures can be viewed and downloaded online for free using our photo gallery website and you can even add on the option of printing them on the day.
